Combine the classic southern libations of Sweet Tea and Mint Julep and you've got yourself a seriously refreshing, Bourbon based competitor to the Mojito.
What you need to make one serving
- 300ml of cold Sweet Tea (as per our Sweet Tea recipe. For added mintiness try our Morroccan Mint Black Tea)
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- Crushed ice
- 2 shots of Bourbon
- Muddle your mint leaves at the bottle of your glass and add sugar
- Add a handful of crushed ice and pour in your bourbon
- Add your sweet tea, stir well and you're done!
