We do not accept returns, nor are we able to refund any teas or other food items purchased. Gift cards purchased are also non-refundable
In the case of an incorrectly fulfilled order, or if goods are received damaged or faulty, please contact us on +44 (0)141 375 9019, or by email within 3 days to enable us to rectify the issue.
Defective product will be refunded in full. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
