Delivery

All UK orders below 10Kg will normally be despatched on a 24 hour tracked parcel service, unless you have selected a different option at checkout.

UK shipping is free for orders over £30 net, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands (as determined by your delivery address postcode and our courier).

The shipping cost of orders to non-UK destinations will vary, depending on the amount of tea purchased (since shipping rates vary by weight) and the destination.

In most cases, shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process once the shipping address has been confirmed.

As a result of continued customs difficulties experienced by our couriers, we are unable to ship to the following countries at this time:

Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Norway.

If the shipping status of these countries changes, we will notify you by email, provided you are subscribed to our email list.

United States and other international destinations

You will be charged a standard delivery charge of GBP 50 in advance of despatch. Once the final confirmed delivery cost has been accepted by you, we will refund the balance of any amounts overpaid.

Should the confirmed delivery cost be in excess of GBP 50, you will be advised as such and can either cancel your order or proceed by paying the additional shipping cost. You can do so through our website here.

Despatch of Orders

Deliveries are despatched Monday to Friday, working days only, so any order made at weekends or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next business day. 

Please allow 3 working days for your delivery, if in the UK. If your shipping address is outside the UK, please allow 10 days.

In all cases, we aim to have all orders despatched within 24 hours, stock permitting, on the condition that your payment has cleared. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as it arrives.

Failed Deliveries (UK)

If a delivery attempt has been made by our courier and has subsequently been returned to us, you will have the option to request that we re-deliver your order. There will be a minimum charge for redelivery of GBP 6, payable before despatch.. If you decide that you no longer require the order, we will refund you, less a return charge of GBP 6.
