Lemon Verbena

We think Lemon Verbena leaves make a delicious and refreshing herbal drink. Also known as Aloysia Citriodora, the sandy loams of the Egyptian Nile are perfect growing conditions for this top grade leaf. The taste is naturally of sweet lemon as the name would suggest but this is accompanied by a slightly dry, herbaceous note. Ideal as a herbal tea or can also be used infused with black tea in place of lemon.
