Cold Tea Infusion Guide

Preparation

  • Always use filtered water if possible (not distilled)
  • Make sure the water is cool - use ice cubes if needed, but water temp should be around 8 - 12°C
  • Gently pour water over the tea leaves, cover and refrigerate
  • Avoid stirring
  • After a few hours, remove and taste. If all well, decant tea into a separate pitcher for serving
  • Add sugar to taste if required

Any teas made in this way can be stored up to 24 hours in an airtight container in the fridge
