Preparation
- Always use filtered water if possible (not distilled)
- Make sure the water is cool - use ice cubes if needed, but water temp should be around 8 - 12°C
- Gently pour water over the tea leaves, cover and refrigerate
- Avoid stirring
- After a few hours, remove and taste. If all well, decant tea into a separate pitcher for serving
- Add sugar to taste if required
Any teas made in this way can be stored up to 24 hours in an airtight container in the fridge

Blueberry Burst Flavoured Black Tea | FLAVOURED BLACK | Use Approx 2g per 100ml/or basically double the amount you would normally use | Refrigerate and after a minimum of 4 hours, taste test. Either remove or return for further infusion time |
